Made-to-Order & Personalised Products
All products sold by Cutting Etch Designs are personalised or made to order. Each item is crafted specifically to your chosen specifications — material, size, personalisation text, and any uploaded artwork — once your order is placed.
Returns — Personalised & Custom Items
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised and made-to-order goods are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period and cannot be returned for a change of mind, as they have been made specifically to your requirements.
This does not affect your statutory rights. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
How to Report a Problem
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what was described, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Please include:
- Your order reference number.
- A description of the problem.
- Clear photographs of the item and any packaging damage.
We will assess your claim and offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
Bespoke Order Deposits

Cancellations Before Production
If you wish to cancel your order before production has begun, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests made promptly, but once production has started we are unable to cancel or refund personalised items (see above).

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from an order placed through this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
