UK Delivery

We currently ship within the UK only.

Standard UK delivery is £0.01. Orders over £0.05 qualify for free standard delivery — applied automatically at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with any tracking information provided by the courier.

Production Lead Times

All items are made to order. Your estimated production time is shown on each product page — typically 3–7 working days depending on the complexity of your customisation.

Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 2–5 working days. Please allow additional time during busy periods such as Eid, Christmas, and Valentine’s Day.

If you need your order by a specific date, please get in touch before ordering so we can confirm availability.

Returns — Personalised & Custom Items

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised and made-to-order goods are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period and cannot be returned for a change of mind, as they have been made specifically to your requirements.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
